Our 30-Day Promise
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in the porphyry gift box and protective packaging in which they arrived.

- Original packaging. Please return your dress in its porphyry gift box and protective wrapping.
How to Make a Return
To begin, write to the atelier with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label and simple instructions. Pack the item securely in its original box, attach the label, and hand it to the carrier indicated.
Refunds
Once your return reaches our returns centre and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within a few business days. The original delivery was complimentary, so the full price you paid is returned to you. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to display the credit.
Exchanges & Faulty Items
For a different size or color, the simplest course is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Should an item ever arrive faulty or incorrect, contact us at once and we will put it right at no cost to you, in line with your statutory rights.
Exceptions
For reasons of hygiene and authenticity we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without their tags. Where an item is marked final sale, it is not eligible for return except where it is faulty. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
