About These Terms
This website is operated by Hugo Caesar Tassi, a women's fashion house founded in Roma in MMIV. By accessing this site or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be authorised — and to refund any sum already paid.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are shown in USD ($) and include applicable duties and taxes for the destinations we serve.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our secure, PCI-compliant payment provider.
- Errors. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price and will offer to cancel or to proceed at the correct price.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, each of which forms part of these terms. In short: complimentary tracked express shipping worldwide, and 30-day returns on unworn items with their tags.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — the Hugo Caesar Tassi name and wordmark, designs, imagery, text and layout — is owned by or licensed to the house and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it — including not introducing malicious code, not attempting unauthorised access, and not using the site in any way that could damage or impair it. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the site and its content are provided in good faith, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you hold.
Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and the courts of Rome shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
