Express shipping is complimentary, worldwide — there is no minimum and no surprise at the door. We dispatch from our Roma warehouse within 1–2 business days, and most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days of leaving us.

Returns
Should a piece not be quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in the porphyry gift box and protective packaging in which they arrived.
To begin, write to the atelier and we will send a prepaid label and simple instructions. Once your return reaches Rome and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, altered or returned without their tags.
