Hugo Caesar Tassi shaped Tiberina for the Iulia collection — a small structured satchel built around one clean arched handle.
The body is cut in genuine cattlehide and given enough structure to stand on its own, the curved fold-over flap closing over a softly pleated front. A single rounded top handle rises from the shoulders of the bag; flared side gussets give it room without bulk.
It comes with a fine detachable strap, so it works carried in the hand by day and slung across the body by evening. A discreet embossed line low on the flap is the only mark — there is nothing else to it.
A soft two-layer cowhide chosen for its grain and the way it warms in low light.
The leather is lightly pebbled and supple, structured enough to keep the satchel's line yet soft to the touch, deepening gently with use. Neat edge stitching outlines the flap and gussets.

What she said after wearing it
The single curved top handle is what sold me, and it's even better in the hand — sits perfectly between two fingers and the cattlehide has a firm, honest grip to it. A proper little satchel that holds its shape on the table.
Outdoors the Cuoio reads as a warm cognac with a faint reddish glow, deeper than it looked on screen. Caught the late afternoon light walking to a christening lunch and it almost looked lit from within.
Holds its shape standing upright on a restaurant chair, yet the leather has give when you open the flap. Small but it swallowed my cardholder, lipstick, keys and a folded silk square with room over.
Genuinely lovely satchel and the Cuoio leather is gorgeous. With it being one size there's no sizing as such, but I tend to like a bag worn a touch lower and looser, so I let the crossbody strap out to the longest setting for a relaxed line — if you prefer it tucked neat and high, just take it up a notch or two. A small personal preference, nothing against the bag itself, which is beautifully made.
The satchel itself is everything I hoped — that arched handle, the curved flap, gorgeous cattlehide in a warm tan. My trouble was entirely with the delivery: the courier's tracking simply stopped, and after a few days the parcel was declared gone, never to surface. The moment I let the atelier know, they sorted a fresh one and it reached me quickly. I'm only holding stars back for the stress of the lost first parcel, because the bag and the people behind it were faultless.

Where I came unstuck was the checkout — my connection hiccupped and I tapped through twice, ending up with two of the same satchel when I only ever wanted the one. That's on me, not the shop. The bag is genuinely beautiful, the Cuoio leather rich and the flap closure lovely. My first parcel turned up looking like it had been kicked down the street — the outer box crushed and the satchel inside scuffed at one corner from the rough handling in transit. Disheartening for a bag at this price. To be clear, the courier did the damage, not the atelier, and once I sent a photo a flawless replacement was on its way without any quibbling. The bag, when it finally arrived intact, is exactly the structured little beauty I wanted. The single star is for the courier's carelessness, nothing else.

Wore it across the body for the ceremony, then unclipped the strap and carried it by the handle for the dinner. One bag, two completely different looks, and it never felt out of place at either.
