A round neck and short, gently gathered puff sleeves keep the top quiet; a drop-waist seam gathers the skirt into an easy A-line that moves with the air.

Let me start with the dress, because it deserves it — the puff sleeves and that loose mid-calf skirt are lovely and the linen feels properly made. The problem was the delivery: the tracking flipped to delivered while my doorstep stayed empty, and I had to go back and forth to get a replacement sent out. Sorting that out soured what should have been a happy parcel. The dress, once it actually arrived, I genuinely love.
